This seminar will provide information on the survey utilized by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to determine an individual's level of need. The "level of need" will be the cornerstone for establishing the service funding for the individual in the adult system.

This presentation is most appropriate for families who have young adults (18 years and older) who are currently in planning for transition from school to adult life.
