Supportive Housing is just that - Housing with Supports for people of low income who live with disabilities. The webinar will seek to answer basic information about available resources and how to create and implement a housing plan. The presentation will also provide realistic information to families about the importance of networking, educating oneself, thinking creatively while remaining patient and dedicated in the quest to find affordable housing opportunities with sufficient supportive services.
