The process of transitioning your child from school to adult life involves the filing of a range of paperwork. In this workshop we will cover the basics, including filing for guardianship, creating a special needs trust, applying for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) through Social Security, receiving Medicaid, and more.
We’ll provide contact information as well as guidelines on when to begin each step of the process.
